Elvezio Fortunato

Born in Caserta in 1975. He approaches music at the age of 9 by undertaking piano studies. At 11 he discovers the guitar. He begins as a self-taught then decides to deepen the instrument by studying with Pietro Condorelli. Moving to Milan in 1993, he graduated from the CPM with maximum marks and a note of merit. He attends an arrangement course whose teaching is entrusted to the masters Danilo Minotti, Lucio Fabbri, Maurizio Bassi, Massimo Colombo and Franco Mussida. With Danilo Minotti he continued his guitar studies and completed the arrangement course of the Berklee School of writing for Big Band. In 2000 he went on tour with the Madreblu with whom he toured Italy for concerts and television promotions -Tarattatta (RAI), Help and Roxy Bar (TMC2) and Territorio Match Music-. In the same year he composes, arranges and produces six Jingles for Radio Montecarlo, in the style of American Big Bands. He records some passages from Franco Fasano's album "Scherzando". In 2001 he plays in the orchestra of the transmission La Notte Vola (Italy 1) directed by Maestro Lucio Fabbri, accompanying among the many artists: Paul Young, Tony Hadley (Spandau Ballet), Kid Creole and the Coconuts, Samantha Fox, Matt Bianco, Ron, L. Bertè, Tullio De Piscopo, Spain, A. Minghi and Mike Francis. He then participates in the show "30 Hours For Life" with Franco Fasano. In the same year he plays in the orchestra for the Swiss dates of "The Supremes".
