Alessandro Presti is bassist of the band Dear Jack, with whom he has collected platinum records, toured in the most important palaces and arenas in Italy, two participations in the Sanremo festival and collaborations with some of the most important national artists.

Alessandro Presti, was born on 10/10/1990, in Viterbo (Italy).

He started to play bass guitar at 12 years old in Viterbo at STAFF MUSIC SCHOOL when he discovered the music of Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Stefano Cesare, his teacher, helped Alessandro to become a bass player and make him conscious of his passion for bass guitar. He has a real love for music. At 18 years old, he moved to Rome to study music at SAINT LOUIS COLLEGE OF MUSIC with his teacher, Marco Siniscalco.

During these years , he met other professional musicians like Pierpaolo Ranieri, Paolo Costa and Cesare Chioso, who helped to increase his musical ability. At the same time he worked frequently for Live Music too, playing with some bands and artist s . For Alessandro, the tour life experience is the most important thing in order to become a great musician. With his band “BrainShock”, he played as the opening act for the Italian singer, Ligabue, at “Campovolo 2.011” in front of 150.000 people.

With “Repsel” he toured all over Italy and also in a festival in Sri Lanka in 2013.

In 2014 , he joined DEAR JACK, his current band. After the band’s participation in the tv show AMICI, they started a two year tour in some of the most important places and arenas in Italy ; the tour finished with Live at the Arena of Verona.

The band participated twice at the Festival of Sanremo (2015, 2016) and recorded three albums that received various awards.

Now Dear Jack is promoting a new project with fellow musician , Pierdavide Carone , who released the song “Caramelle” that discusses the topic of pedophilia
